At Sp@DE, we’ve put in our heart and soul to provide a perfect mix of boxing, fitness, fun, and community to everyone who steps through our doors. Our boxing and fitness programs cater to all levels of fitness – from kids and beginners to those training to participate in competitions. Let us work together to be a better version of ourselves.
With real boxers as coaches, we are a passionate team eager to teach everything about traditional boxing and its technique-driven skills. Not everyone has the same fitness level and our qualified instructors will be there to assist anyone in need. We also have classes for kids and women only.
FULL BODY WORKOUT
Boxing is a full-on workout. For those who don’t just want to focus on the boxing, we have classes pairing boxing with high-intensity group workouts for a complete physical conditioning. There are other classes like strength & conditioning, circuit training, HIIT, Yoga, etc. Make sure to consult our schedule and class descriptions.

A team of passionate people helping you achieve your fitness and boxing goals!
After joining a local boxing gym, Danish participated in a few local tournaments before being called up to represent Singapore in various regional competitions.
Danish is still active in the boxing scene. He has been the Singapore National Champion multiple times and has competed with international fighters from countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran, UAE, Australia and Philippines.
As an athlete and a fighter, he constantly seeks to be a better version of himself.
Coach Danish has been with Spartans Boxing Club since 2016 in the first branch at Joo Chiat. He has helped many achieve their boxing goals and continues to find innovative ways to motivate and train others.

Wen Chong strongly believes that boxing is about hard work and consistency but most importantly loving the sport. During his time in Spartans, he would train up to 3 hrs a day to improve his techniques.
He hopes to share his boxing knowledge with others and help them with their fitness journey.
A fun and high intensity workout. Boxing outside for a change and some fresh air. You are guaranteed to burn a load of calories, learn some new boxing skills and leave with a smile on your face.
Highly recommended for those who have no boxing experience, just started with boxing and those who wish to refresh and refine their boxing fundamentals. Focus is on learning and mastery of the proper basic punches, footwork, defensive moves, breathing, flow of body movements during transitions and more.
Circuit of the Week
In between classes, we have open gym time. This is when exercise stations will be set up for those who wish to do self training because they don't have time for the scheduled classes. Trainers will guide you in the execution and do as may rounds as you wish.
