Boxing has long been recognized as one of the most efficient ways of getting fit. It is a full-on, full-body activity that torches calories and improves your physical and mental wellbeing. Boxing strengthens your cardiovascular ability, helps you build resilience, and tones you up like nothing else you’ve ever done.
Bring towel, change of clothes, sneakers and water bottle. You can bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps if you already have them. Gloves and Wraps are available in the gym, just in case you do not have either or both.
Come 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class.
Say hi to anyone in the gym counter, introduce yourself and let them know that you are a trial. They will take care of you.
If you will be late or cancelling your session, inform the branch ahead of time.

15 minutes Boxing Technique
10 minutes Shadow Boxing
10 minutes Bag Work
5 minutes Core Exercise
5 minutes Cool Down Stretch
There will be breaks in between each set.
After your Trial Class
